Chalerm ("we", "us", "our") operates as an AI development online school based at 168 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website or enrol in our courses.

- Technical data: browser type, IP address, and pages visited, collected via analytics cookies with consent
Legal basis: We process contact and enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to you). Course enrolment data is processed under contract. Analytics data is processed with your consent.
Retention: Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from last contact. Learner course data is retained for 36 months after course completion, then securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

- Access to learner data is restricted to the mentor assigned to that learner and administrative staff
- Course submissions and feedback records are stored on access-controlled servers
- In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant Thai supervisory authorities within the timeframes required by the PDPA
