1. About Chalerm

Chalerm is an AI development online school operated from 168 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand. We offer structured online courses in AI development and machine learning, delivered through mentor-supported online learning. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Chalerm. References to "you" or "learner" mean the individual enrolling in or enquiring about a course.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our courses and make enquiries. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or enrolling
• Not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages our reputation or services
• Not attempt to access parts of our systems or infrastructure without authorisation

We may update or withdraw content from the site at any time. We do not warrant that the website will always be available or error-free.

3. Course enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you a written confirmation. By enrolling you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have read the course description and understand the time commitment involved
• You have the technical prerequisites (a computer with internet access and any stated software environment) needed to participate

We reserve the right to decline an enrolment if a course is full or if we reasonably believe it is not a suitable fit for your current background. In such cases we will explain our reasoning and, where possible, suggest a more suitable starting point.

4. Fees and payment

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full before access is granted unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Current fees are:

Fees may change from time to time. The fee applicable is the one displayed at the time your enrolment is confirmed. We will never charge more than the agreed fee after confirmation.

5. Cancellations and refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our approach:

• Within 7 days of enrolment confirmation (before course access): full refund, no questions asked
• After course access has been granted: we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have not yet completed more than two lessons, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion
• After significant progress: refunds are generally not available once a substantial portion of the course content has been accessed

To request a cancellation, email [email protected]. We process approved refunds within 14 working days.

6. Learner conduct

We want Chalerm to be a comfortable and respectful place for everyone. Learners agree to:

• Engage respectfully with mentors and, where relevant, other learners
• Submit work that is genuinely their own, properly acknowledging any third-party code or reference used
• Not share or redistribute course materials beyond their personal learning use
• Not use course access for commercial purposes without prior written consent

If conduct falls well short of these expectations, we may, after raising it with the learner, suspend or end their enrolment without a refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course content — written lessons, exercises, videos, and feedback templates — remains the intellectual property of Chalerm. Learners are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for their own learning during the enrolment period.

Portfolio projects that learners build during a course belong to the learner. We do not claim rights over work you create, though we may ask for your permission to feature anonymised examples as illustrative course outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

Chalerm provides courses in good faith to support learning. We do not promise specific career outcomes or employment results. Learning outcomes depend heavily on individual effort, background, and goals.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a course is limited to the fees paid by the learner for that course.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We process data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Changes take effect from the updated date for new enrolments. For enrolled learners, we will give at least 14 days' notice of any material change by email before it takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. We would always prefer to resolve concerns informally first — please contact us before initiating any formal action.
